The Invisible Man

Elisabeth Moss (of Mad Men fame) shines in her role as Cecilia Kass, a woman who comes to believe she is being stalked by her rich but abusive ex-boyfriend. The catch? He recently committed suicide. This knuckle-biter is a clever remake of the classic H.G. Wells story and has received critical acclaim since its release both for the clever writing, intense acting and great production.

Come to Daddy

Elijah Wood stars as Norval Greenwood, a spoiled musician who still lives with his mother in a mansion in Beverly Hills. Out of the blue, he receives a letter from his father, who he hasn’t seen since he was a small child, asking him to come and visit him in a secluded cabin in Oregan. At first, his father is delighted to see him, but soon Norval is disturbed by his strange behaviour. This film is studded with dark humour, brutal violence, and twists and turns you just don’t see coming.

Underwater

Who doesn’t love a good sea monster romp? This fast-paced sci-fi meets action meets horror movie has been called Aliens under the sea. It stars Kristin Stewart as Norah, an oceanic researcher working in a facility deep in the Mariana Trench, when a mysterious earthquake strikes, and all hell breaks loose.
